If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased from PowerSoccerShop.com, you may return it within 30 days of purchase to the address provided below. All items returned must be in their original "new" condition (meaning you can't play a game with a soccer guard or soccer ball and then return it). Also, please email us at customerservice@powersoccershop.com to let us know you will be returning the item. Please include in the email your order #, the product #, how much you paid for the item plus S/H, and how much you are paying to ship the item back to us. Upon successful receipt of the returned item, we will refund you the entire amount plus the cost of the return shipment.
